  Alex Clayton

  Alex spent ten years in technical recruiting, from mid-sized local businesses to global enterprises, including Big Four consulting. He recruited for KPMG twice, first within its Technology Advisory practice supporting Workday implementations, and later in Capital Markets within its Financial Services Regulatory, Risk and Compliance group.

  That work put him close to complex teams, systems, and operating processes, and showed him how easily time gets lost through repetitive work, disconnected tools, unclear handoffs, and processes that have become harder than they need to be.

  In 2023, Alex started building automations and internal tools to solve those problems in his own work. What began as a way to remove repetitive tasks grew into a broader focus on understanding how work moves through a business, where it gets stuck, and what can be simplified without creating more complexity.

  Several of those tools now run in production and are used by the teams they were built for. At Autonomo, Alex brings that same approach to client work, combining business understanding with hands-on building to turn time-consuming processes into practical systems that save time, reduce manual work, and fit naturally into the way a team already operates.

  Allen Peck Jr.

  Allen started the Potato Coop shortly after high school and has spent the past thirteen years growing it from a food trailer into a food truck, restaurant, and event business serving customers throughout Central Pennsylvania. Along the way, the Potato Coop has catered for Penn State football, Harrisburg native Micah Parsons, and national music artists including Bret Michaels, Thomas Rhett, and Niall Horan.

  That growth has meant working across nearly every part of the operation, including staffing, scheduling, payroll, inventory, purchasing, marketing, and the day-to-day decisions required to keep a business moving when plans change.

  Since 2023, Allen has also been building and applying AI, automation, and custom tools inside the business, often working with Alex to reduce manual work, organize information, and make recurring processes easier to manage.

  Allen also invests in real estate throughout South Central Pennsylvania and has spent most of his career working directly in the local business community. At Autonomo, he brings the perspective of someone who has had to make systems work in practice. He knows whether a solution will hold up, whether a team will use it, and whether it actually makes the business easier to run.
