Autonomo LLC ("Autonomo," "we," "us") is an operational-efficiency consultancy based in Pennsylvania. This policy describes how we handle information across our websites (autonomo.llc and auto-ops.co) and the software applications we build and operate for clients, including applications that integrate with third-party platforms such as Meta. Autonomo LLC previously operated as AutonomousOps; the AutoOps name still appears on some applications, including the AutoOps Publisher app on Meta platforms.
Information we collect
Our websites do not require accounts and do not use advertising, tracking, or profiling cookies. We set no cookies of our own.
Contact form. If you submit the contact form, we receive the name, email address, business name, and message you enter, along with the approximate country and city your network reports, the page you came from, and your browser’s user-agent string. That submission is delivered to our inbox so we can reply. We do not store it on the website or add you to a mailing list.
Site analytics. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count page views and see which pages are read. It is cookieless, sets no client-side state, does not fingerprint visitors, and does not track anyone across sites.
Our client applications access only the data needed to perform the service the client engaged us to provide. For applications that connect to Facebook Pages, this is limited to the Pages the authorizing user manages, basic Page information, and the ability to create and schedule content on the authorized Page.
How we use information
- To provide the contracted service.
- To operate, maintain, and troubleshoot our applications.
- To communicate with clients about their engagement.
What we do not do
- We do not sell personal information.
- We do not share client data except with providers required to operate the application, or as required by law.
- We do not use client data to train AI models.
- We do not display advertising.
Data storage and security
Application credentials and access tokens are stored as encrypted environment variables with our hosting providers and are never published or shared. We retain client data only as long as needed to provide the service or as the client directs.
Data deletion
You may request deletion of data we hold at any time. Email hello@autonomo.llc with the subject “Data Deletion Request” and identify the application or engagement involved. We will confirm completion within 30 days.
If you authorized an application through Facebook, you can also revoke access in Facebook under Settings & Privacy → Settings → Apps and Websites.
Third-party platforms
Our applications interact with platforms such as Meta and Anthropic under those platforms’ own terms and privacy policies. Use of data received from Meta platforms complies with the Meta Platform Terms and Developer Policies.
Children
Our services are directed at businesses and are not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as our services evolve. Material changes affecting active clients will be communicated directly.
