These terms govern use of the autonomo.llc website and the software applications Autonomo LLC ("Autonomo," "we," "us") builds and operates for its clients, including the AutoOps Publisher application on Meta platforms.
The website
The website and its contact form are open to anyone. Submitting the form starts a conversation; it does not create an engagement, and neither party is committed until a written agreement is signed. Do not send confidential material through the form or use it for unsolicited advertising or automated submissions.
Who these terms apply to
Our applications are not offered to the general public. They are operated for businesses that have engaged us under a written agreement. If you use or authorize one of our applications, you are doing so as an authorized representative of such a business.
Your engagement agreement controls
Your written engagement agreement governs scope, fees, deliverables, ownership, and confidentiality. If anything in these terms conflicts with that agreement, the engagement agreement controls.
Authorized use
You agree to use our applications only for your own business purposes and with accounts and data you are authorized to access. You may not circumvent access controls, resell access, or use an application for a business that has not engaged us.
Third-party platforms
Our applications connect to third-party platforms such as Meta and Anthropic. Your use of those platforms remains subject to their terms. We are not responsible for changes they make to APIs, policies, or availability.
Availability
We work to keep client applications running reliably, but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Scheduled maintenance, platform outages, and third-party API changes can interrupt service.
Privacy
Our handling of information is described in our Privacy Policy.
No warranty
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our applications are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Autonomo’s total liability arising out of or relating to these terms or our applications is limited to the amounts paid under your engagement agreement in the twelve months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.
Termination
Either party may end use of an application as provided in the engagement agreement. On termination we will, at your direction, delete or return the data we hold as described in our Privacy Policy.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as our services evolve. Material changes affecting active clients will be communicated directly.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
